U16 quarterfinals on the run
The best of five frames quarterfinals matches of the U16 2023 EBSA European Snooker Championships U16 event are on the run this Tuesday morning at St. Paul’s Bay Dolmen Hotel since 10 a.m.
The race to succeed Latvia’s Artemijs Zizins with the U16 european crown started Monday March 6th with 60 players and it is now reduced to eight competitors and one thing granted: we’ll have a scottsman at the also best of three frames semifinals to be played still this day starting 2 p.m.. In a all Scottish derby, Jack Borwick is facing Ayaan Iqbal for a place in the last four standing.
On the other three quarterfinals duels Hungarian Bulcsú Révész battles with Latvia’s Artemijs Pripjoks, Bulgarian Maksim Kostov is facing Ukraine’s Artem Surzhikov while England’s O’Shay Scott has Ukraine’s Matvei Lagodzinschii as his opponent.
The U16 event at the 2023 EBSA European Snooker Championships final will be played also best of five frames on Wednesday March 8th starting 6 p.m.
