Sirotina and Nechaeva European Champions
Daria Sirotina and Anastasia Nechaeva (Team Russia 1, pictured left and center in the photo) are the new European Snooker Teams Champions, after beating Team Germany 1 (Diana Stateczny/Jennifer Zehentner) by 4-0 in the Grand Final of 2015 event, that took place at the Dolmen Resort Hotel, in Malta.
A final without history, with the Russian pair scoring 60, 65, 49 and 51 to win in just four frames. They earn 700 euros (350 each one), and the runners-up 350 euros (175 euros each) in the event that started March 27th sand ended this Wednesday at St. Paul’s Bay.
