Jamie Bodle takes Group F
England’s Jamie Bodle has sealed the No.1 spot in Group F after a comprehensive 3-0 victory over Ireland’s Mark Tuite this afternoon. Bodle and Tuite had gone into todays match with four wins a piece but it was Bodle who played some superb snooker to win the match and take the top spot with the aid of breaks of 50 and 62.
The Irishman will have to settle for 2nd place this time round and he will be joined in the knockout stages by both Mindaugas Maisiejus (Lithuania) and Juha Lehto (Finland) who both won 3-1 this morning over Stepan Delyatynskyy and Alexandar Kuzmancevic respectively.
