Wales win Celtic Challenge
Wales won the 2013 Celtic Snooker Challenge by 64 frames to 55 against Ireland in the Ivy Rooms Snooker Club in Carlow over the weekend.
The annual challenge match is played every summer and this year it was Ireland’s turn to host the event which is now restricted only to junior teams having previously included seniors, ladies and masters.
It really was a fantastic day of Junior International Snooker and the future looks good with a number of top Juniors in Wales and Ireland.
