Liam Highfield is the 2025 Men’s Main European Champion

Liam Highfield put on an exhibition of Snooker in the 2025 Men’s European Championship Final winning 5-0 against the new Polish sensation Michal Szubarzcyk, opening up with a 112 and breezed through the opening frames in 49 minutes.
The Fourth frame was very tight and Liam had to come from behind to take a four frame lead at the Mid-Session Interval. Liam finished of the 5th frame in style too as he claimed the Men’s European Title and will enjoy being back on the Main Tour following his win in the Global Q-Tour.
As for Michael Szubarzcyk, what a couple of week’s this young man has had. Winner of the U16 and U18 European Championships, Last 16 of the U21 European Championships and Runner-Up in the Main Event.
It was a Championship for popular win’s too with Iulian Boiko lifting the U21 Title and getting back on the Main Tour and Florian Nüßle getting his Tour Card also winning on Global Q-Tour.
