On behalf of the EBSA Board of Directors and the Portuguese Billiards Federation (FPB), I have pleasure in inviting the EBSA Members to send players to take part in the Individual Women, Individual Seniors,
6 Reds Snooker Championships, Shoot-Out and All Teams Snooker Championships that will be held in Albufeira, from the 10th to 23rd October 2024.

With the Support of the WDBS, a European Disability Championships, will take place during this year’s competition from the 19th to 23rd October 2024.

PLAYERS
From the 19th July 2024 you will find on the EBSA website www.ebsa.tv the Entry Form and Travel/Accommodation Form which need to be filled in as instructed for a maximum entry of:

• Seniors Individual Championships – FOUR players (players must be 40 on the first day of competition)
• Women Individual Championships – FOUR players
• Seniors Team Championships – TWO Teams of two players (players must be 40 on the first day of competition)
• Women’s Team Championships – TWO Teams of two players
• 6 Reds Championships – FOUR players
• Shoot-Out Championships – TWO players
• Disability European Open Championships – Classifications to be confirmed.
• Men’s Team Championships – THREE Teams of two players
  Please use the username and password that you’ve received to fill in the forms ‘Online’. All participants including referees and supporters must be on the Travel‐Accommodation form.
  CLOSING DATE FOR PLAYERS ENTRIES: FRIDAY 27TH SEPTEMBER 2024 (Midnight, GMT)

COACHING:
A Cue‐Zone will be available at the Vidamar for coaching players and new EBSA/WPBSA Coaches. The seminar for new coaches will take place from the 16th to 18th of October at the Vidamar Hotel. A letter with application form issued by the EBSA Coaching Committee is attached to this email. Requests with the completed form and photo must be sent from the National Association to the EBSA General Secretary simon.p.smith@northumbria.ac.uk and a copy to the EBSA Head of coaching pjcoach147@hotmail.com

VENUE:
16 RASSON Competition Snooker Tables will be installed at the Vidamar Hotel in the Algarve to run the championships.
